Officers of the Nigerian Army and Department of State Services (DSS) on Friday, rescued a businesswoman who was kidnapped by gunmen on her way from a church service in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
The woman, who narrated her experience, alleged that the leader of the kidnap gang is a clergy man.
She also pleaded with security operatives to do routine checks on uncompleted and abandoned buildings, suggesting that a lot of kidnap victims are kept there.
Two of the suspected kidnappers who had demanded a ransom of N50 million, have been nabbed.
