D’banj and wife to report circumstances that led to the death of son – Police

The Lagos State Police Command has released a press statement on the sudden death of Daniel Oyebanjo the one year old son of Pop Star D’banj and his wife Lineo Didi Kilgrow.

According to the statement, the police led by the Divisional Police Officer (DPO)  of the Ikoyi division were at the Ikoyi residence to commiserate with them over their loss but the Oyebanjos were not at their residence.


The Police has however said that while it understands that this is a period of mourning for the family, there should be an official report to the police as soon as the mourning is over to report the incidences leading to the death of their toddler.

“The family will formally report the circumstances that led to the unfortunate death of little Daniel… May his soul rest in peace” the statement reads.
