Falz Management Replies MURIC, Says Let’s Head To Court

The management team of rapper Falz has reacted to the 7-days ultimatum given to the artiste by Muslims Rights Concern (MURIC) to take down his This is Nigeria video or face legal action.

The Muslim group had in a statement released that the girls seen wearing hijab and dancing shaku shaku in the music video ridicule their religion.

Reacting, the artiste’s management in a statement released said they wont take down the video and advised the group to head to court to address their grievances and that they are ready to meet them there.


“We have nothing to say. We are not withdrawing the video neither are we commenting on their claims. If they (MURIC) have any grievance they can head to court and we will meet them,” the statement read.
